Peter Herberg

Mr. Herberg has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland in 1986 where he majored in Russian Area Studies. He also has a JD from the University of Arizona, 1990. He was previously licensed in Pennsylvania in 1991 and Nevada in 1999. (He resigned from both in good standing previously). He has been licensed in Arizona since October of 1991. Mr. Herberg served in the U.S. Air Force from 1980 to 1986. He was Honorable Discharged. He previously worked as a public defender in Pima and La Paz County and the Federal District of Arizona. He also served as an immigration staff attorney with Catholic Community Services of Southern Arizona from 2017 to 2023. Mr. Herberg is fluent in Spanish.
