Morgan Durham

Morgan N. Dunham is an associate attorney for Ayala Law Office, P.C. Morgan primarily practices in the area of Immigration law, specifically USCIS Petition and Naturalization.

Morgan Is a native of Massachusetts. As an undergraduate Morgan researched and presented on historic injustices around the globe including the Armenian Genocide and Holocaust.

Upon completion of her Bachelor’s degree in History, Morgan returned to Massachusetts where she attended the Law School at the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth. While at UMass, Morgan interned at pro-bono and low-bono organizations assisting low-income residents of Massachusetts to apply for relief and naturalization with USCIS. In her final semester of Law school, Morgan participated in the Immigration Litigation Clinic at UMass where she and her fellow law students assisted nearly two hundred undocumented workers in applying for deferred action and work authorization.

Morgan believes that character is defined through action. From her own lived experiences, Morgan has learned the value of assisting others. Morgan strives to guide her clients through the complex U.S. Immigration system to the best of her ability and assist them in reaching their goal, whether it is asylum,  a Green Card, or a U.S. Passport.
